Terms Of Service

This agreement is entered into between you (the user) and NextLevel Solutions AS, a Norwegian company operating under the brand CoachFlow. By accessing or using the CoachFlow platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you may not use the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and any actions taken under your login credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and notify us promptly in case of unauthorized access or suspected misuse of your account.

CoachFlow is a subscription-based service. All fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. If payment is not received or is declined, we may suspend or terminate your access to the platform without notice. You are responsible for any fees associated with failed payment processing. By using communication tools (such as email or SMS) within the platform, you confirm that you have obtained the necessary consent from your contacts and that your use complies with applicable privacy and marketing regulations, including GDPR and other European/your countries data protection laws.

You are solely responsible for the content and legality of your communications. CoachFlow provides software tools to support client management, scheduling, automation, and related functions. The platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties regarding uptime, performance, or fitness for a particular purpose. You agree that we may add, remove, or modify features at any time without notice.

You may not use the platform to engage in or support illegal activity, distribute malicious code, send unsolicited bulk messages (spam), or infringe on third-party rights. We reserve the right to investigate and suspend or terminate your account in case of suspected misuse.

You retain ownership of the content and data you upload or store in the platform. We do not claim any rights to your client content. However, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process this content as necessary to provide the service. All intellectual property rights to the CoachFlow platform, including software, branding, and documentation, remain the property of NextLevel Solutions AS. You may not reverse-engineer, reproduce, or repurpose any part of the platform without prior written permission.

We limit our liability to the amount you paid in subscription fees in the three months prior to any claim. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities. You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing written notice. Termination will be effective at the end of your current billing period. Upon cancellation or termination, we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policy. Please export or back up your data before cancellation if needed.

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be handled by Norwegian courts with jurisdiction over the registered office of NextLevel Solutions AS. We may update these terms at any time. If we do, we will publish the updated version on our website. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
